Is there Any Safe Investment Left?

In September of last year and the coming weeks afterwards it seems that everyone was concerned only about terrorists and how to eliminate them. People were worried for their personal safety and the safety of their families. This is what permeated the minds of most people and certainly the media from what I understand. As the year progressed a new villain so to say appeared on the scene. It was a home based villain and one that on the outside seemed less obvious and took the nation by surprise. I am referring to he corporations of America. The cheating and lying took everyone by surprise and the markets were effected accordingly. People lost their savings and pensions and hard earned money before they knew what hit them. One lesson is that lack of integrity and sensitivity to others for the sake of personal financial gain/ A few people who wanted to live with enormous wealth were willing to totally disregard hundreds and thousand s and tens of thousands of others. By the fact that we see it happening more and more besides creating stricter laws as a deterrent for those who want to cheat would it not be better to look at the source? What is the source? The source is the vales and education of the US. When money is valued above integrity and a person is measured by wealth in many circles consciously and unconsciously why should we expect anything different? The educational system in the US should do some serious soul searching. The truth is though there is so much wrong in the educational system and values being given over that I don't think they will get to far. But going back to the issue of investments I have an interesting question- is there any safe investment that is backed by G_D? Is there any way to invest our money that will be totally safe with 100% guaranteed returns and so to say protected by G_D? The answer is Yes! One way is by investing your money into Torah institution. By donating your money to Jewish institutions of Prayer and study you are guaranteeing yourself only profit and reward. By supporting and /or building these institutions you are continual partners in the Torah studies and prayers that take place there. Beside the divine reward, which is, 100% guaranteed there is also another benefit. Many people are concerned about leaving legacy or remembrance after they part from this world. Many want to be remembered for their deeds in a positive light and that is certainly virtuous. Imagine having your name or family name on the building in large letters or on a beautiful plaque for all to see that you are a supporter of Torah. This is possible and it is not that expensive as you might imagine and it is the safest investment possible with the highest returns. By donating enough money to a Torah institute in most cases you are offered in return this ability to have your name on the building and plaque with the names honoring you and as memory to your loved ones.
