As I said at the beginning of this article--after seeing first hand what an actual heart with the worms in it look like, I will NEVER have any dog who does not take heartworm preventive.

Heart worm is pretty much everywhere. You should ask your vet to test your dog's blood for microfilaria..then start it on heartworm drugs.
I had a dog who died from this disease. You really must che ...

I have a mix of greyhound and polish sighhound-chart polski and I want to know if this disease also is in Poland?
