Lobster Salad Club Sandwich

Treat your tastebuds to this spectacular seafood salad sandwich. A twist to the classic club yields a dish that is guaranteed to please. This recipe is great for a summer treat.

Lobster Salad Club Sandwich 12 slices of pumpernickel bread, lightly toasted
4 romaine lettuce leaves, cut into large squares
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
2 tables light mayonaisse
4 slices cooked turkey
potato chips
kosher dill pickle spears
Lobster Salad 1 pound of lobster meat
1/8 cup of diced celery
1/8 cup of diced red bell peppers
2-3 tablespoons light mayonnaisse
salt, to taste
fresh ground pepper, to taste

In a medium bowl combine ingredients; gently fold in lobster meat;
