Many women will suffer from "female problems". Some may not be so serious, some life threatening.
In the recent past, there has been a sharp reduction of unnecessary surgery due to these illnesses. There
were almost a million hysterectomies a year at last count. Only 29 percent because of a threat of cancer,
but most were due to problems with menstruation. The majority of these were attributed to those who had
recently stopped the use of the birth control pill.
For many women excessive bleeding can cause anemia, and the cramps can be at the least, debilitating. But
there is almost no other problem associated with a woman's cycles that can't be corrected by simply getting
proper amounts and dosages of the vitamins A and E. Studies have shown that women with menorrhagia
(excessive bleeding) were invariably always deficient in vitamin A. In a study, these women were given
60,000 IU of vitamin A per day for a month, 90 per cent of them were cured. The other 10% saw remarkable
improvement. Pain, spotting and irregularity also were corrected or dramatically improved. Creating over all
better health.
Did you know that the Vitamin A is actually responsible for our sexuality? Let us start here with a definition.
Gonad \Gon"ad\, n.; pl. Gonads [Gr. that which generates.] (Anat.) One of the masses of generative tissue
primitively alike in both sexes, but giving rise to either an ovary or a testis; a generative gland; a germ gland.
Without proper amounts of Vitamin A, the gonads can't manufacture our sex hormones, then release them into
the bloodstream to announce to our bodies that we are male or female. These hormones regulate our sexual
desires and abilities. The word 'Hormone' comes for Greek word horman, which means "to excite." For males
proper amounts of Vitamin A can mean healthy sperm and virility. For females it means responsiveness, and
the ability to conceive, and to carry the fetus to full term in the womb.
This vitamin is responsible for the health of the mucous membranes and responsible in fact, for the entire epithelial package inside and out. This would also include the sensitive covering filled with tiny nerve endings which respond to the touch, our skin. There is much more evidence that go to show how we can improve our sexual health, and that of our organs. Hundreds of other studies with vitamin A have proved its efficacy in fighting cancer. Isn't it worth taking extra Vitamin A, if you know you may ward off Cancers of the cervix, the prostate glands and other areas? We think so. Go To Page: 1
