Scare Tactics

Another way to keep people from using and benefiting from vitamins is to use scare tactics. The FDA National Clearing House put out the article about thousands of cases of vitamin poisoning amount children (paid for with our tax money) to scare parents from using vitamins. Once the article was out, further tests concluded that even with thousands of cases, the vast majority of those children had no symptoms to coincide with vitamin overdose. Therefore the FDA again lied in order to steer the public in their direction of thought. What two vitamins did they attack with the most vengeance? Vitamins A and D. These two vitamins can and do cause illness if you take too much. So why not depend on food to get our daily requirement instead of pills. Think back as a child. Before cholesterol was a hot topic, and the food industry made new products such as “Egg Beaters” or those similar, we ate eggs all the time. We were healthy. Everyone knows that carrots contain a lot of vitamin A. We would pick them, along with celery and beans, right out of the gardens and eat them. We didn’t realize we were helping our eyes, or warding off colds, we just liked them. That takes us back to the egg. Eggs are one of the best sources of both vitamins A and D. Eggs contain iron and trace mineral, and vitamins B and E. Eggs have all 32 amino acids, plus albumin, the natural protein necessary to transport the vitamin A from the liver into the blood stream. This is why eggs are touted as “the perfect food”. We can learn from the oriental culture, many things about the use of eggs in our diets. But did you know if you rubbed raw egg on your face, it is better then any expensive vitamin A you can buy in expensive tubes, and is 100% better. Vitamin D is also necessary for healthy skin and body. As children we played outside, and had fresh unpolluted air to breath. Today’s children would rather play a video game then ride a bike or take a walk. Sunlight is packed with this vitamin and controls our very existence. The birds migrate by it. The bears hibernate, the fish dormant. When sunlight enters the eyes, it strikes the retina, then the optic nerve, and messages are sent directly to the brain. The hypothalamus and the pituitary glands control the thyroid, which in turn control our adrenal and sex glands.
