Dieters should eat apples constantly. An apple raises the blood glucose levels and make you feel fuller; therefore, one will not eat as much but will still be eating good food, not processed diet food stuff. Apple juice also helps keep you healthy. People who eat apples regularly have far fewer colds and upper respiratory problems. There are a great many indications that apples may fight certain type of cancer. The reason for this is, apples are loaded with natural acids which successfully block cancer formation. The apple is the only healing food capable of solving two completely different problems at the same time - constipation and diarrhea. The pectin fiber is the healing factor, and in used in the over the counter remedy, Kaopectate. Another hint from Nature? An apple is also the original toothbrush. It cleans your teeth of food and plaque, and prevents tooth decay.
