Gone Fishin'

Last week we featured Kangaroo and Beaver. This week, we are going a bit more "tame", so to speak. It's time to pull out the fishing pole.

Baked Halibut
(4-6 servings)

  • 3 lbs halibut steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Paprika

Place halibut in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Spoon mixture over halibut. Cover and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Hope you like it. Next week we're going for the big one. Bear.
