The attackers:
There will be 3 archers of mid-level skill
20 mid level fighters
3 heavily armored leaders of a higher level
4 Axe wielders (make them beserkers if your party has too easy a time of it)
The young lord is a low level fighter, who will fight only if
his life is in danger.
The thief/assasin will be protecting the lord.
After the battle
The adventure is really over here, but you can run parts in reverse for the trip home. Especially if they left some of the troll treasure behind.
The written part of this may seem short, but the battle will fill it out nicely.
