with gray for bone. Let dry.
3. Soak piece of cotton, which should be the size of a paper towel, in coffee or tea for an antique look. The longer it soaks the darker. A quick dip of 30 seconds or so will be fine. Let dry.
. Mix white glue 1/2 and 1/2 with water. Dip stained cotton fabric in it. Squeeze out excess, crumple and let dry. This will make it stiff.
5. Draw map, or whatever your scroll will say, with markers. I like brown, as it sort of looks like blood to me.
6. Roll up scroll and insert into "case". Place brown paper rounds over ends and secure with yarn.
