Wherever you are, whatever city, PLAY SAFE with fireworks, drink responsibly, drive carefully and NO GUNS! The sad tradition of firing guns into the air has caused countless senseless deaths. Thankfully, a local public awareness program is educating (and ARRESTING) these idiots!
