On Easter Sunday you always want something light. So here's something your Children can help you make for Easter Sunday.
Easter Shortcake 1 loaf angel food cake, sliced 1 lg. package vanilla instant pudding mix 1/2 cup milk 1 pt vanilla ice cream, softened 1 lg. package strawberry gelatin 4 cup sliced strawberries Place cake slices in 9 x 13-inch dish. Combine pudding mix and milk in large bowl; mix well. Add ice cream. Beat until blended. Pour into prepared dish. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Chill until partially set. Spoon over pudding mixture. Chill until firm. Yield 12 servings. Go To Page: 1
