Autumn is calling. I'm sure somewhere in the U.S. there's already a chill in the air, leaves changing colors and winter clothes being pulled out of storage. Here in Southern California the oncoming season is hard to fathom. Warm weather has us still craving salads and cold soup!
But even while sweltering I find myself walking through aisles of harvest crops. What to do with all this great produce? Here are some ideas for those in the throes of fall and or, like us, in the middle of an Indian summer.
