spiritual communication with the fairy world, especially with one fairy, a leprechaun, by the name of Bebel. Doyle also confessed to others his communications with pixies and a fairy queen, Queen Picel, who was quite fond of Sir Arthur.

The fae are recognized by Theosophy as a hidden spiritual world living on planet Earth, and are responsible for the environment.

So, do you believe in the fairy world? If one is not able to draw that line between reality and make-believe, probably he should only enjoy the children's pages! But, for those other individuals, go ahead and "believe." A good page to start with, especially if you like Edgar Allan Poe, is Raven's Keep. Yes, indeed, I like Poe! That is why I chose this page! Raven's Keep - This faerie "encounter" is entirely in black, white, and shades of gray. The opening page gives the feel of Edgar Allan Poe's, The Raven. The mood is one of melancholy -

Poe, the poet, lost in melancholy memories of his dead love, is startled by a tapping at his chamber door. A raven enters, and perching on the bust of Pallas Athene, answers the tormented questions of the bereaved lover with the mysterious, unchanging "Nevermore." Nevermore will he be reunited with his lost love. On the other hand, the poet Yeats was so taken by the Sidhe, Leanan, that he was reportedly in constant communication with her. You can also see Leanan at this site, but if you are a poet, you are advised to "remain on the other side," 'less you, too, are beguiled by her loveliness!

The pen and ink drawings are marvelous, and the entire site expounds the significance of the raven with death, as does Poe in his The Raven.Be sure to visit all of the faerie "encounters" at this site.

After closing with a photographic medley, and visiting some of the excellent links, one has marked time in Raven's Keep.

Until next time, I wish you all the best - "Slitzweitz" from Dubh_Sidhe and the "Little People."
