We must preserve for the future, things of the past; if not, they will be forgotten. Today's children are loosing contact with their roots. Values are being buried with bones of the dead. It is to the children to whom these things ultimately belong. History, old photographs, books, Bibles, genealogies, family tales, legends, and lore must be saved for them. Messages are wrapped up in things deemed worthy of care and passage. What is important to us, we hope someone else will also cherish. My Little Place. A wonderful example of how you, too, can keep a page on your family history by the Suite's editor of Washington State. Portraits. Marquis de Lafayette. South Carolina Coastal Region. Tidal Marshes etc. Edisto Island. A virtual tour of four restful attractions. Reverend William States Lee. A short page on Lee. Edisto Indians.
