Spring 2005 Cross Training - Part I

My thinking was clearer, I had more energy and needless to say I slept like a rock at night! I was even able to turn all of this cycling into something positive as I was able to participate in the Ride for Rett and even came in first in my group. This charity ride raised over $25,000 for children in my area afflicted with this form of autism. You could also go on bicycle tours. The Selle Italia is available through ProNet Inc. or call 1-360-792-1113. Once you've gotten your equipment in gear, you'll want to check out some new clothes for the season.

Terry's 2005 clothing line for women cyclists includes gorgeous "in your face colors", bold prints and figure enhancing designs. Most notably, their
