Music to Go: HighGear's TrailAudio
which I use to cross train. It was GREAT! It's so wonderful to be able to take your music along with you to keep you motivated and inspired during your ride. It's also less lonely out there at 6 am with a little music to speed you along! For cycling, I would highly recommend using the ear phones which accompany the TrailAudio. Worn on the back of the neck they rest comfortably but do not entirely block out the sounds of the road which you need to hear to stay safe. While I do not walk, run or jog, I can imagine it would be perfect for that application as well.
