Fibromyalgia and Depression - Page 3© Cynthia Webber (Jausten)
We are responsible for our own well-being, and if we find ourselves feeling depressed about our life, we first must make sure that we do not have a clinical depression by seeing a physician who has a great deal of knowledge about both fibromyalgia and depression. Then, if we aren't clinically depressed, we need to use the tools available to us in order to help ourselves. Just because someone else has been "cured" of their depression by medications, vitamins, or herbs does not mean that they will work the same for each one of us, and we need to look at ourselves and see what we can change within ourselves rather than depend upon others to solve our problems for us.
