Meet, FMS Disability Advocate, Don Powell: Part 1

Sep 24, 2003 - © Tamara Peters

but it never works that way...trying to explain takes too much time and energy and they stop listening after a few minutes. I fear being ignored by the government with benefits we deserve...we are invisible there too.

My only hope is for a cure...I have seen the battle lines for changing the system and we have nothing on our side. In Part-2, of this interview, we'll take a look at Don's website Fibromyalgia and Disability, his goals, survival strategies (including the role of humor), as well as his personal opinion on several issues. Coming October 1st - Stay tuned....

Thanks Don.. :)
