Row 2: sc around ring Row 3: 2 single crochet in each Row 4: *1 sc then 2 sc in next stitch* repeat ROw 5: *2 sc then 2 sc in next stitch* repeat Row 6: *3 sc then 2 sc in next stitch* repeat Row 7: *4 sc then 2 sc in next stitich* repeat Row 8: *5 sc then 2 sc in next stitch* repeat Row 9: *6 sc then 2 sc in next stitch* repeat Row 10: *7 sc then 2 sc in next stitch* repeat Row 11: *8 sc then 2 sc in next stitch* repeat Then without increasing crochet around building sides as high as you want. Cover your ears. Make brim: increase by sc one stitch the 2 sc in next stitch all around row. Work next five rows even for brim (no more increases). Bind off yarn.
