Sometimes reading these print mags and their web companions just make me feel old. Other times they get my creative juices flowing so I keep 'em bookmarked and check them out semi-regularly. By the way, in the interest of full disclosure, Moxie just published my first fiction piece in their latest print mag.

Bust -- It's a tired joke but they use it so I will, too. "You must, you must, you must subscribe to Bust." Or at least check out their Web site.

Moxie -- Moxie catchphrase: For the woman who dares! And for the woman who doesn't like ads since they are ad-free.

Bitch -- A feminist response to pop culture.

Hipmama -- A longtime fave of this feminist mother. All hail Queen Ariel Gore!

Merge -- coming out of Chicago, check out their "girl-cott" link.

New Moon -- It belongs in your daughter's mailbox. Get a subscription for the future woman in your life.

Feminista -- Polished (if not updated) and thoughtful. More of a journal than a zine.

Wench -- Not just feminist anymore.

Women Zone -- zines for your virtual box. Keep up-to-date on the web world.
