Wayne took questions. This writer had a mission, so I went up to the mic. First, I had gotten theatre passes for the cast, and I gave him one. He said, that, as an actor, the gift of theatre was the best gift I could possibly give. He bent over the edge of the stage and, surprise, gave me a hug and a buss on the lips! This made my next action a bit more embarrassing...I then told him I have a well-known attraction for men with, "um, high foreheads." He looked at the audience dramatically, smoothed a hand over his head, and said, "I always thought it was a high hairline!" I asked if I could kiss him on the head. The crowd roared. He said, "Sure, why not?" and bent over to let me give him a kiss on the top of his head. What a sport!
Wayne spilled the beans and said that Harvey would be back. Also, when the production was shut down at the end of season four, Wayne wanted to keep two pairs of Scorpius's boots. The Henson people would not allow it; they said that the costumes would be put into storage for up to two years, he announced to a an approving roar, "because he might need to wear those boots again." When he asked for more questions, Ginny ran in the room and up to the stage, grabbed a mic, and asked Wayne, "Will you marry me?" To which he quipped that he would -- when she got her green card and could work again!
At the autograph table, Wayne was selling demo CD's for the band he is in with Anth Simcoe, Number 96. He autographed it without requiring and additional autograph ticket, and told me that Anth would sign it the next day as well.
