Review: Book of Enchantments by Patricia Wrede


A magical rose garden holds a choice of future for Adrian in "Roses by Moonlight." Adrian sits outside her house avoiding her sister Sam's party. She holds a lot of resentment toward her sister. Things change when she is given the chance by a mysterious woman to pick her future. Adrian tours a rose garden to pick a rose. Vivid descriptions and an intriguing plot makes the story entertaining.

Book of Enchantments by Patricia Wrede is an excellent collection of stories by this author. Ten stories, ranging from humorous to serious, give readers a helpful sampling of the author's style. The book is entertaining and a fast read.
