Movie Review: Lord of the Rings: Return of the King

"Lord of the Rings: Return of the King" is an excellent movie that brings the film trilogy to a stunning conclusion. Many elements such as the characters, plot, setting and special effects come together to create a believable Fantasy world and brings it to life. Most viewers' sense of wonder will be enthralled by this movie. Does it compare to Tolkien's book? That is difficult to answer. Many fans of the book have expressed their disappointment in the movie. As much as I love the book, I think the movie is a very good adaptation. Peter Jackson included the most important scenes from the story with a few minor revisions that can be lived with. The film makes sense and ends satisfactorily. The three movies are some of the best Fantasy movies to be made. Please go see the movie. You will not notice the over three hour length. Frodo lives!
