Week Two Fantasy Player Rankingstype numbers. Even if the Bears concentrate on running the ball, Booker should have another good game. Sleeper Wide Receiver Pick - Amani Toomer. Toomer is one of the league’s more underrated WRs and got off to a good start in week one against the Niners. The Giants may have to throw the ball a lot to keep up with the Rams and Toomer could have a huge day. Defenses 1. Tampa Bay – on paper this looks like a slam dunk for the Buc’s defense. The Raven’s managed just 7 points against a weaker Carolina defense. The Bucs will eat Chris Redman alive this week. 2. San Diego – The Chargers allowed only 203 yards offense to the Bengals in week one including only 10 rushing yards to Corey Dillon. The Texans come to town after winning their Super Bowl in week one. The will come crashing back to Earth this week. 3. Tennessee Titans – The Titans have lost Jevon Kearse for several weeks, but face a Cowboys offense that looked totally futile against the Texans. Quincy Carter is horrible, Emmitt is old, and their best WR is out for the season. Titans dominate. 4. Chicago – The Bears will be without a couple of their starters on Defense, but Brian Ulracher is still there and will be Michael Vick’s shadow. Don’t expect the Falcons to run on the Bears like they did the Packers. 5. Cleveland – The Browns defense was a huge flop in week one as the Chiefs moved the ball at will. Fortunately, the pathetic Bengals come to town and the Browns will feast. 6. Philadelphia – The Eagles face the high scoring offense of the Redskins. Shane Matthews had a huge game in week one, but the ‘Skins played poorly against pressure defenses in preseason, and the Eagles will pressure Matthews all game. 7. Oakland – After seeing Kordell Stewart’s disastrous performance on Monday night, the Raiders have to be salivating. They bring two more strong CBs just as the Patriots did, and the Steelers will have to try and get their running game going. Sleeper Defense Pick – Denver is never one of the top defenses statistically, but they always perform well in terms of fantasy numbers. They get a lot of turnovers and score a good number of TDs.
