Thursday, Day 5 Lunch Snack Dinner Total points: 19.5 pts. WUHU! Day 6, Friday Snack Lunch Snack Dinner I'll be going out of town for a family reunion/campign trip so I won't be able to track my food as easily and I have no idea what is for dinner tonight. I will just have to eat in moderation. As you can tell, as the days went by, I started breaking down my meals into breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. It's easier to keep track of my food that way and to see when I ate certain things. This was just my first week on Weight Watchers. I still have a lot to learn. Weight Watchers is not just about counting food points, though. It's also about learning to eat right. Throughout the next week, I will be sharing the new Weight Watcher friendly recipes that my family and I try, with you. I will also share helpful health information that you can take with you and use for a lifetime. Why it is important to drink less (or no) pop: 1) You will not have enough points to stay on WW- and you will feel hungry and deprived. 2) The sugar drinks will bring you up- then you will bottom out. 3) Your body needs the nutrition of food and whether you stay in
