Recently I have grown more and more concerned over what I eat and how much I eat. Nutritional value has never really interested me, but after some serious thought, I decided that I should probably start to learn how to eat healthier and how to moderate what I do eat. I thought it would be fun to track my first two weeks here with my friends at Suite 101. You'll be learning right along with me!

WEEK 1
Sunday
1 can of Sam's Choice Cola - 3 pts.

I understand the need to lose weight and feel healthy, and I see that you are doing okay on your points. What I don't see is the healthy part in what you are eating. You absolutely need more veggies, ...
