1 1/2 Cups bisquick mix
1 1/2 Cups milk

Directions:
Place deboned chicken in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or Pyrex dish. Mix broth and soup together and pour over chicken. Season to taste. Mix biscuit mix and milk together. (Will form thin mixture). Carefully pour over soup and chicken mixture. Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 or until brown.
Yeild: 6 to 8 servings.

Notes: I like to add cubed little red potatoes and cut up carrots to it also. Also, try using turkey in place of chicken. Works just as well. We make this recipe alot!

Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pound powdered sugar

Directions:
Melt and heat butter and peanut butter just to boiling point. Turn off. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Stir and press into a 9 x 9 or 8 x 8 square pan. The pan does not need to be buttered.

Notes:
My mom used to make this every Christmas and it is probably the easiest fudge recipe you can find. It's definately the best tasting!! It melts in your mouth!

Mom's Cheese Bites

Ingredients:
1 package (10 count) refrigerated biscuits
1/4 Cup butter or margarine
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Quarter biscuits. Arrange in greased baking pan. Melt margarine, add cheese, stir to blend. Drizzle over biscuits. Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Notes:
This is another recipe my mom would make and we would scarf it down. It's great to serve to kids and adults love it too. It's so simple to make, you'll wonder why you don't make it more often!!

And that is all for now. I hope you enjoy these recipes and if you decide to try them out, please come back here and let us know what you thought about them, if you made any changes, share them with us and if you have any family favorites you would like to share, we would love to try them and perhaps add them to our collection!
