Insight Guides Denmark by Hans Hofer, Doreen Taylor-Wilkie (Editor) A great guide with in-depth cultural and historical perspectives, numerous color photos highlighting all of Denmark.

Passport's Illustrated Travel Guide to Denmark by Martin Symington A comprehensive guide to all of Denmark, part of the Passport series of travel books.

Andersen's Fairy Tales (Signet Classics) by Hans Christian Andersen, Pat Shaw Iversen Contains 47 of Andersen's stories, enhanced by line drawings.

The Classic Hans Christian Andersen Fairy Tales by Sheila Black, Erin Augenstine (Illustrator), and Babanovsky, Hans Christian Andersen, William King In an oversized book, nine of Andersen's popular stories are illustrated by eight different artists. Not the best retelling, but a good book for a child's first introduction to the stories.

The Complete Hans Christian Andersen Fairy Tales by H.C. Andersen, Lily Faowens (Editor), Lily Owens This one is really complete, and a great book for any collection. Contains more than 156 of the best-loved fairy tales.
