The Timeless Inuksuk

solid rocks, finer grade for softer ones)
3) Adhesive (Craft glue or "Aleene's Designer Tacky Glue" should be good for smaller projects, while tile adhesive could be used for heavier rocks.  Heavier rocks are more difficult to glue together and might not attain a bonding.)

A) Arrange rocks.
B) Sand, wash and thoroughly dry rock areas to be glued.
C) Glue rocks together and don't disturb until dried.

OPTIONAL IDEAS:

1) Use a fine-point permanent marker to write the date and a few words on it.
2) Type a short explanation/history of an Inuksuk, print it out on a piece of scrapbooking paper (available at many Wal-Mart and craft stores), and frame it to accompany it.    Solid colors or pale designs are best.
3) Go to the language link below and add several symbols or words as a border for your explanation/history print-out.
4) If you're handy with a drill (or know someone who is), drill a hole in the top stone before gluing it and attach wire or string for hanging.  (not recommended for heavier stones)
5) Create a kit by gathering necessary materials, placing them in a box with information about the Inuksuk.  Wrap the box with a torn paper bag, tied with twine.
