The Rosenberg's.

Not only was Rosenberg responsible for gathering this information, his work was so good that he quickly became highly regarded within the Soviet spy network, so much so that he became the “Spymaster” charged with recruiting and handling his own team of spies for the KGB. However Rosenberg was not one to approach a total stranger, he used his family and friends as recruits, his idea being that they would not as quickly turn traitor on him than a perfect stranger would, or so he thought anyway.
