Arthur Wellesley. The Duke of Wellington. (1769-1852)It was here where Napoleon’s reign as the Emperor of France came to an end and permanent exile to the baron island of St. Helena. The Duke of Wellington became British Prime Minister in 1828-30 and 1834. Without the use of espionage many of these events may not have happened and Europe would be a very different place.
