Environmental Justice
Environmental Justice, according to the
Environmental Protection Agency, is the "fair treatment for people of all races, cultures, and incomes, regarding the development of environmental laws, regulations, and policies."
Interpretation? Because certain segments of society don't have the clout to defend themselves against environmental intrusion into their lives, EPA is going to try to ensure against unfair intrusion.
