You will need: Two pounds baking potatoes, peeled and quartered Two tablespoons of butter One cup milk Salt and pepper to taste Bring your butter to room temperature. First, bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add your potatoes and cook them until they are tender -- but still somewhat firm when poked with a fork; drain. Using a potato masher, slowly smash milk and softened butter into potatoes until smooth and creamy, or chunky and lumpy – whichever your family prefers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Irish Cream You will need: Combine cream, sweetened condensed milk, whiskey, instant coffee and chocolate syrup in a blender. Once those ingredients are mixed well, add vanilla extract. Blend for half a minute on high. Store in tightly-sealed, plastic container (not metal!) and refrigerate. Shake well before serving and top with whipped cream.
