An Easy-Care Moonlight GardenMy first moon garden had Burpee's famous white marigolds. I found snowdrift grew the best but a new variety called French vanilla has been introduced recently. The flowers are a creamy white, very unusual for marigolds, and they positively glow in moonlight! These were the main plants in my moon garden. For other ideas, please visit Moon Garden which lists plants of two different gardens. Be creative and come up with your own combination of plants. Walk your flower beds in the moonlight, or by the light of streetlights, and notice which plants seem to glow. Chances are they will be the silvery leaved, white flowered plants which also tolerate drought. Until next week, good gardening to you!
