Crassula--Succulent Plantshomely, or messy. I hope to have 350 pictures in this book with the names of each one underneath, and all these special cultivation tips included. I would really like to suggest that we look at them through a 10 power lens to really get to know them. It's an entirely different perspective, which really surprised me, and opened my eyes to the differences. DP: A book? That is a major undertaking. I wish you well since we always need books about succulent plants. A final question: Do you think these plants would be easy for someone with limited mobility to collect and grow under lights? NL: Diana with limited ability and limited space, they would be great. I grow my complete collection of 375 using 10 flats of space. Apartment balconies would be great, in front of a sliding door, or window that open. Under lights? I have never tried, but they do grow in the conservatory with natural light, I see I must start experimenting, or it I send some to you, you can do that experiment for me. Right? DP: I'd be glad to experiment with some under lights. Those results can be reported in a later column. For now, let's recommend a nice sunny window. Thank you so much for your time Norma. You may describe yourself as a novice collector but you surely have more knowledge than most of us. Readers, please feel free to email Norma with any questions you may have about this plant genus .
