Downloading Elvis

In the next few weeks we'll be exploring the best places on the Net to download Elvis items. We'll be collecting icons, actual movie clips and lots of music.

We'll start at The Virtual Voyager.

David has two fun downloads available, and both of them are FREE.

The first is "Tiny Elvis," a replica of the King that lounges on your desk top. This cute little guy is decked out in a white jump suit and blue suede shoes. Every minute or so (the time set by you) he'll jump up and make comments, as he swings into a karate routine.

Next is The Elvis Detector. This is a small clock like object that sits on your taskbar quietly. If Elvis or his spirit is detected, the alarm will go off immediately, flashing red to alert you of his presence. Complete directions come with the Elvis detector to inform you what to do, if a sighting is noted. Yes, it's silly, but cute.

Next time we'll explore net sites where you can download incredible clips of Elvis in action from all your favorite movies. NEWS FLASH! The new "Yahoo!" Internet Life magazine has a fantastic picture of Elvis on the cover. The new "TV Guide crosswords" has a small one of him on the cover also.
