Elvis International Magazine
Have you received your Spring issue of Elvis International ? If so, have you been able to put it down? I didn't think so. Mine's only been out of my hands one time, and that was to run into the Elvis Chat Room Saturday night, and talk about it. Most of the group has their copy and are just as thrilled as I am with new issue. If for some reason you don't have a subscription yet, here's my version (move over
David Letterman) of the top ten reasons you should order it -- today. 10. The cover picture of the young, gorgeous, Elvis sitting on the side of a race car. Personally that picture alone would be enough for me. 9. A very moving tribute to J.D. Sumner by Avis M. Brown. 8. Six, count'em six, full color, full page pictures of Elvis. 7. "In My Opinion," by Joe Esposito 6. Outstanding tribute articles to Mike McGregor by Darwin Lamm, and Marian J. Cocke. 5 . "The Readers Forum" where Elvis fans can share their personal feelings and memories. Sometimes they make you laugh and sometimes they make you cry, but they're always heart warming.
4. "Elvis:The King of Car Collecting," by Gerard Montz. An outstanding six-page
section dedicated to the Elvis automobiles, complete with calendar. 3. Elvis week '99 schedule of events. Hope you're going August 6 through 16. 2. Numerous articles and pictures throughout the magazine. And the number one reason you should subscribe today is: Elvis International magazine Elvis International Magazine
