Elvis Movies, The Third Installmentback taxes. Look for great songs like, "Let Yourself Go" and "There Ain't Nothing Like A Song. " Nancy presents an unforgettable version of, "Your Groovy Self." ***** 28. In 1968 Elvis portrayed a photographer in the comedy known as, "Live A Little, Love A Little." It stars Michele Carey, Don Porter, Rudy Vallee and Dick Sargent. In my opinion, the only reason to buy this one would be as I did, to complete your collection. ** 29. For another change of pace, try the Western drama, "Charro!" A 1969 movie with Ina Balin and Victor French. Elvis sports a beard and doesn't sing, this time, but it's still an interesting and entertaining movie. He does manage to sneak in the title song over the credits to satisfy our musical needs. *** 30. In 1969 Elvis made, "The Trouble With Girls," with the all-star cast, Marlyn Mason, Sheree North, John Carradine, Vincent Price, Joyce Van Patten and Dabney Coleman. This musical comedy about a traveling school bus which combines education with entertainment. **** 31. In Elvis' last movie, "The Change Of Habit," he portrays the unlikely role of a doctor in the ghetto. In my opinion this is a magnificent movie. However, I've found lot of people that disagree with me on this one.Mary Tyler Moore co-stars as one of three nuns to help in the clinic. The always superb Edward Asner also stars. The movie ends with the very emotional, "Let Us Pray," which is just one of the four enjoyable songs in this movie. To understand why the emotions, in the song, you have to see the movie. Five stars for the movie, the stars, and the music. ***** Film clips of "Spinout," "Live A Little," "Frankie and Johnny," "Double Trouble," "Clambake," "Stay Away Jo," "Speedway," and "The Trouble With Girls "all can be found at, MGM Commenorative Collection.
