We want to organize an effort to help raise money for the relief effort and donate the money in the name of "The Elvis Extravaganza" and specifically in the names of the performers and fans who help. 100% of the money recieved will be donated to assist in relief efforts on the Gulf Coast in Mississippi.
Perhaps you could organize a show in September to raise money or designate one of your shows during September as a relief fundraiser.

I am on the board of ASARC and 100% of the money will be donated fpr the relief effort on the Gulf Coast for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. ASARC is a 501(c)3 federally tax exempt non-profit organization and all donations are 100% tax deductible. We will document your donation, post it on the internet and send you a letter recognizing your support. If folks want to write a check, rather than cash that's fine send them along with your check for the cash raised and we will recognize all donations from your event in the total. We want the folks in Missisippi to know that we care and that we want to help.
