Such a Night© June Moore The words, "Oh what a night it was, it really was, such a night", keep going over and over in my head, as I remember that awesome December night, when Jamie Aaron Kelley brought his Christmas show to Moberly Missouri. As the song continues, so do the memories, "How well I remember, I'll always remember". From the minute the lights dimmed, our experience began. It was an experience similar to one of a time machine as the audience was seemingly transported to the 50s and 60s as a young Jamie, with lots of hair and body movements began with, "Ain't that A Loving You Baby," and took us through an "unbelievable" 42 songs. I would say we were glued to our chairs in amazement, but I can't, because just the opposite was true, as NO ONE was capable of sitting quietly through any of this exciting concert. As the famed Ray Walker of the Jordanaires said, when Jamie told them he intended to do a show with 42 songs, "You've GOT to be kidding!" I don't think anyone thought he could do it, but he did and without missing a beat. He did them all in true Elvis style. So awesome was the whole show, that it sounded like they had all been playing together for years, where in truth, they had only gotten together that afternoon to practice those 42 songs, several of which they had never done since recording them. Amazing!!! What an awesome, awesome show this was. Fifteen of our Stuck on Elvis Fan Club of Kansas City went to see the show, and all 15 came out remarking that it was one of the BEST SHOWS they had ever seen. JAMIE AARON KELLEY Just a few of Jamie's achievements include: The very first person in history to memorize every song that Elvis EVER recorded in his career and then sing them all in public to prove it! The record was finalized on Sunday August 15, 1999. Jamie is one of the featured artists in the book Walk a Mile in Their Shoes, . When Edy's Icecream added two new flavors, "Love me Tender" and "All Shook Up" in June 2004, Jamie is the one they called to help launch their new Elvis flavors throughout the Southern part of the US. It's not only Jamie's voice, you hear on the new Stern Pinball Machine but also a lot of his ideas have been incorporated into the game itself.
