Usually a couple of days before Dec.25th we go out Salmon fishing and try and catch ourselves a nice one usually about 10lbs (not to big) and then I bring it home fillet it and marinate it over night in this special Marinade called Famous Salmon Marinade.

Then I start the BBQ and place hickory smoker chips in tin foil and place that in the bottom to get it smoking. I place potatoes filled with butter and onions in foil and place them on the BBQ as well to get them going. When they are half done I open the foil up and place the salmon on. On top of the Salmon I place strips of butter, onions, lemon and lots of Curry powder and seal it in foil on the BBQ for about 10 min and then I open it up and let the smoke in for about another 15 min and it is all done! Margaret makes some fresh veggies,(her choice) and usually a great Caesar Salad and that's it.

Have a great and happy holiday and I wish for peace, health, and Happiness for all.

CHRISTMAS TURKEY DRESSING:
4 cups cubed bread
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbs. sage
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, and stuff turkey. Coat the outside of the turkey with thin layer of butter. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Wrap in foil, and place in roasting pan. Preheat oven to 350 deg. and put turkey in oven. When the turkey blows up it is done!

I hope that each and every one of you has a very merry Christmas and happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year. Keep in mind, that in giving...you receive.

CHRISTMAS COOKIES

My favorite recipe is for Christmas cookies.
First you get your mother or girlfriend and add a great big PLEASE. Then you mix in a lot of hugs and kisses. Cookies will be done in no time.

I would like to wish all my fans the warmest of holidays to come. And may God bless you one and all. Merry Christmas.
