Here at Suite101.com, we feel that caregivers around the world should be appreciated.
I would like to share with you a couple of care bags that you can carry around with you and look at when things get overwhelming.

You can also create your own care bag. Below, is my care bag for caregivers.
1. Snickers
To let you know that laughing is healthy. Don't be afraid to laugh and to smile.
2. Guardian Angel Pin
To watch over you while you are watching over others.
3. Stuffed Animal
To give you something to hug when you need comforting.
4. Tissue
To let you know that it is alright to cry.
If you would like to give a caregiver one of these care bags, just place the items that you would like to include along with a description sheet, and place them in a bag or box. If you aren't sure what kind to use, look for fancy plastic bags, fancy paper gift bags, or small decorative boxes. These can be purchased in most card stores and drugstores.
Each care bag is unique and special, just like the caregiver.
