These Four Walls
This is also held by Caregiving Online. It is a wonderful discussion area. These Four Walls is place for caregivers to go and to get stuff off of their minds. You leave your message and your e-mail and people can contact you. If you are unsure about the other message boards and groups, do go to this web site. It is really different.

Worldwide Sharing
This is another excellent site with a new idea on getting in touch with those that can help. The purpose of this site is to contact other caregivers or professionals by using IRC or ICQ. The numbers/addresses are listed and you contact those people. You can also include yourself on the list and people may contact you.

Anger Wall
You can let it all out here. If you are feeling worn out and need to vent, this is the place to be.

It is healthy for caregivers to reach out to others who understand. If you are new to online support, please visit one site listed above and see what it has to offer.
