Private Schools,Private Schools

are better behaved. They will stand up when a teacher walks in and not sit down until he says so. Also they are less apt to whine and complain about the lessons and assignments.

Private schools, at least here in Ontario, do not require their teachers to have the same qualifications as teachers in public schools. This means that education may not be of as high a quality as it is in public schools. Because of the small class sizes, teachers have to work extra hard to prepare the students for the huge university classes- otherwise the students will be overwhelmed. The teachers also have to deal with homesickness in boarding schools and other such problems.

Teachers start to work at these types of schools for a variety of reasons. If they are unhappy with the public school system, they may try a private school. I know so many disillusioned public school teachers right now that I am surprised that there are any private school vacancies at all.
