My second resolution is to be more financially responsible and frugal.
My whole point is that my resolutions are not just "resolutions". They are life changing decisions. They have been several months in the making. They are the cumulative result of several different occurences. It's my firm belief that I'm following a path that I'm being led down by my God. I'm sure that many of you, whether you worship or believe in God, Goddesses, Nature, Paganism or whatever know that when your God grabs hold of you, won't let go and demands your attention, you can either pay attention, trust and be rewarded or not.
I am choosing to follow and trust. Faith.
What's the point in my sharing this with my reader's? I have two reasons for sharing something so personal.
One - I believe I'm supposed too, for whatever reason. I'm sure that there will be readers who are outraged that I would mention God and faith and that's your choice. I cannot apologize for doing what I believe I'm intended to do.
Two - My resolutions will affect my columns. I will share my tricks and tips. I will share what I already know and what I will learn this coming year. I'm going to stretch my eclectic homemaking skills to limit this coming year and I relish in that. I'm looking forward to the challenge. I feel a true positivity that I haven't experienced in a very long time and for once I'm really looking forward to the New Year.
