It's just a joke
I mean, it's one thing if I tell my friends I'm all that and a bag of lard. However, it would be something different if someone in the grocery store told me to move my fat behind out of their way.
Why is it different? Because one is a person who is trying to not take life, nor themself, too seriously. It's is a good old laugh at your own weakness. The other example is just cruel.
So, have a laugh, with me, and not at me, is what I think I am trying to say.
