Who's watching you?Maybe I’m just afraid or ashamed to be me, and that leads to eating for other reasons, instead of for hunger. Maybe if those of us who are overweight really asked ourselves what is it we need, instead of what can I do for someone else, we would be halfway to a solution. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not telling you to run from this computer screen into your living room and tell your whole family to go to hell. What I’m saying is, the next time you have an opportunity to eat in public, instead of being a shadow, or ashamed, choose those foods you like, in a reasonable moderation, and eat it right there in front of others. The next time you get hungry. Eat. Sounds simple, doesn’t it. It just might be the key to our salvation. Good luck, take care, and let me know how you’re doing. I really do care about you and your food issues, we are, after all, brothers and sisters in the same battle.
