Health, Weight and the Issues in Between

Many of us want to lose weight to look good. We want to wear a swim suit, or a leather skirt, or tight jeans, or even a slinky, sexy evening gown.

We want to go to the beach and attract the right kind of attention. (As opposed to the kind of attention I get when I wear a swim suit - not a positive reaction, I assure you) :-)

However, how often do we think about losing weight just for the health of it?

Sad, isn't it? The very reason we should be concerned about those extra rolls (at dinner and around our waists) and yet, somehow, someway, we usually don't even think about our health in relation to our weight.

That is, unless it has gone too far. The weight is, literally, killing you. Then we start looking at our health options and problems. Quickly.

This is typical for those of us who take for granted all of our many blessings and options.

Start today, before you have to, and before it's too late. Get that check up, decide what and how you want to do about your weight. Exercise, move, breath, feel, and learn...keep your mind and your body healthy, free and active.

Your Heart will thank you.
