My recent absence...

You may have noticed a gap of many weeks since I last posted an article.
There was a very good reason, I had a baby. It was a little girl and she (and I) are doing well. However, being home for the past few weeks, with three kids under 4 years old, didn't leave me much time for working on any articles.
However, I should be back on schedule, and posting a few new articles in August. Needless to say, being pregnant again refreshed many on my old anxieties and weigh issues. I chose, this time, not to post about them during my pregnancy, but will discuss them in a bit more detail when I begin posting again.
