8/30/04: I've edited the article to add a few useful blog links to people who have actually done the backyard film fest in recent days. One factor I forgot to mention was sound. Rubber Sol wondered about this as well. LJC mentioned hooking up speakers to the output AV points. Multiple speakers along a few rows might be a good plan.
